The Metamorphosis today, 7th December '16

Whilst I was practicing an advanced version of the worry dissolver technique (see newsletter archive 9th May 2014) early this morning, something most singular and interesting happened.

It was as though I climbed out of an old, worn out skin, like a lizard does as it grows bigger or a butterfly emerges from the chrysalis.

As this transpired I was suddenly flooded with waves of the Universal Energy.

Today, I also feel much stronger than I have of late.
