The Rules of Engagement to disempower the cartels.
the Rules of Engagement are the orders given to commanding officers in the field which specify under what circumstances and in what manner an opponent may be attacked.
The Rules of Engagement also specify the response to an attack from the opponent.
We have all been living for many decades in a Psycho War in which our opponents (the Giants, i.e. the cartels) continually create artificial strife amongst us, i.e. the classic “Divide and Conquer” technique so successfully used by Julius Caesar.
1) always be polite to each other
2) each and every meeting, of whatever type, is to begin with a smile from your heart.
Caution! Beware of those who “smile” only with their mouth but whose eyes and heart remain cold. They need your healing abilities
3) greet everyone as your brother and sister for such are they
4) when problems arise, seek a solution together. Never search for someone to blame
5) view every problem as an opportunity to discover more of your “hidden” abilities
6) when something is needed, organise it yourselves. If a tunnel under the road is needed, take up your spades and dig. Where a bridge is needed, procure the steel girders yourselves and take your spanners into your hands
7) you are the sole commander of your life
8) show those who are, temporarily, weaker than you how they can return to their power
9) eat and drink exclusively biologically grown vegetables, fruit, beans and lentils
10) grow your own fruit and vegetables (even in your house/flat/appartment!)
11) always see the world as it truly is
12) always hold your own clear vision of how the world could be better
13) do not ever forget again that you have NO enemies
14) defensive preparation always appear to other to be preparations to attack. They are, therefore, to be avoided
15) treat the world as you would a lover - for such is she
16) train your mind not just your body
17) bring order into your feelings; organise them to serve you
18) if luck and desire are not in accord, work to improve your expectations
19) let your intuition be the guide to your life. When your intuition is the master of your life, you have mastered life itself
20) free your ethic from the poison of morality; treat the Earth and your fellow humans exactly as you wish to be treated
21) be and show The Way so that others can see it through you
