There is a folk saying, "He/she carries the weight of the world on her/his shoulders".

It is quite fascinating how very often such folk sayings are actual, precise descriptions of reality.

We have been taught to dismiss them without notice because they are "unscientific", i.e. there are no long Latin or Greek words to disguise how simple things almost always are.

The area we are actually going to look at is the complex network of muscles along your shoulders and into your neck.

Perhaps you have read the edited handbook which I wrote some 20 years ago showing in detail which parts of the body react with which types of thought. If you haven't yet read it, you can download it for free here.

Almost everyone has some degree of stiffness in this area - even top ballet, limbo and similar dancers and yoga teachers. You will find the most extreme form in Alzheimer and Parkinson sufferers whereby these muscles are so cramped that they feel like oak wood rather than human tissue.
With these two problems, the muscles are so cramped that the circulation to the brain is severely restricted resulting in the under-production of certain hormones. In typical conventional medicine style, this hormone under-production is declared to be the cause of all the other symptoms and the hardened neck and shoulder muscles are completely ignored.

I will explain on Saturday how you can help relatives suffering from these.

Deep within these muscles are two points which I have coloured green in the picture above. These two points are NOT on the surface but deep within this group of muscles.

On most people, even if a masseuse/masseur can get her/his fingers in, these two points feel like bone rather than muscle tissue. They have a long history - it is not only your problem, you have, in fact, inherited this from many generations of your ancestors.

In the deep, dark past, when organised religions which served a power structure instead of teaching spiritual growth came to be, some genius priest began teaching that "God" visits natural disasters upon you as punishment because you are not good enough for "Him" to accept you. "You must serve Him in the way which I tell you or you will be damned forever." This "service" usually took the form of killing the followers of rival priests - remember the crusades, the fate of the Cathars, the Incas and many similar "services"? Present day Sunni and Shiite Moslems are doing the same thing to each other; not for Allah but to enhance the power of "their" priests!

These two points which I have coloured in green are expressions or effects of the two beliefs:-

Left: "I am not good enough to be loved."
Right: "I am not good enough to stand in the stream or the flow of love."

You, me and all of our ancestors have been taught to believe this.
It is, of course, not true which is why these two points are so cramped and, often, so painful.

The effect of believing these is to restrict the flow of nurturing energy into your body. This shows itself in many ways and is the root of all "illness": Sickness being a state in which an organ system does not have sufficient energy to fully function or needs to detoxify itself. Common expressions are:-

Heart attacks
Cancer
Allergies
Diabetes
Digestive problems
Muscular weaknesses
And much more

As the bankers took over the power of the church, the teaching was altered slightly to "You're not good enough to be wealthy." Its corollary expresses itself in the way in which the opinions of ill-educated and ignorant sportsmen (sportswomen almost never!) are treated as being vastly more important than those of, say, Lord Monckton purely because they get paid lots more money.

This is no accident but deliberate banker policy to keep people in ignorance.

The bankers have, however, a growing problem - daily more people are waking up to what is going on and beginning to change things. This is why 5G is being pushed with such vehemence despite massive public, scientific and medical opposition. You see, 5G operates in the same frequency ranges are the human brain. Using 5G as the carrier wave for the MK Ultra mind-control technologies developed by the CIA over the last half-century means that they no longer need rely upon pre-purchased radio, tv, magazines and newspapers to mould public opinion. They can then put "You can't change anything. There's no point in trying. No-one will act with you or support you." and similar directly into your brain.

It is by no means as difficult to free these two centres as might appear to be the case.

They are, of course, expressions of your own and your "inherited" beliefs and personality, i.e. you own them and can change them at will. This is how:-

With your mind, locate these two points. They will feel to be completely numb and inert. Then begin seeing them as two small balls of white-gold fire, like two small suns. Here, perseverance is required as, after so many generations, change will not come quickly but perseverance will bring enormous rewards.

After a few weeks, as changes become very noticeable, increase the intensity by adding the feeling love to those little suns.

Obviously, the more you do this the greater will be the effect. Devoting an hour each day to it will completely change your life over a few months.
